1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
- FREE US Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase required.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they are dispatched from our fulfillment network.
- Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery to the US takes approximately 7–12 business days.
- Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the link provided in the email or via our “Track Order” page on our website. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, unexpected customs, logistics, or weather delays may occur. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at support@petist.store, and we will open an investigation with the carrier or arrange a replacement.
