You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or a refund.
Exceptions: Perishable goods (such as pet treats or supplements) and personal care items (such as opened pet shampoos) are exempt from being returned.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to strict hygiene standards, products showing any signs of pet use (such as pet hair, chew marks, scratches, or odors) cannot be accepted for return.
2. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
We take testing seriously, but mistakes can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@petist.store with:
- Your Order Number
- A photo or short video clearly showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect item.
Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you. You do not need to ship damaged or defective items back to us..
3. How to Initiate a Return (Change of Mind)
If you simply changed your mind and wish to return an eligible, unused item:
- Contact us at support@petist.store to request a return authorization.
- Do not send the package back to the manufacturer’s address listed on the shipping box. We will provide you with a specific return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for non-defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
